Can a so called sane person ever understand how mental illness f@s with your head?
Question:
Answers:
From personal experience, no. Everyone's experience of mental illness is different and I could try to walk in your shoes and imagine what you are experiencing. However, I'm in your shoes, but not in your head.
I like to think of sanity as a continuum. Rather than just sane or insane, there are just varying degrees of sanity.

i dont know but i know someone who said and i quote.IM NOT CRAZY AND I HAVE PAPERS TO PROVE IT!
off course, that's why psychiatrists are for, they are sane persons.
Prolly not completely
You are 'SANE' but sometimes your not. I'm bipolar aka 'crazy' sometimes, NOT ALL THE TIME. When I'm sick I take care of myself and know the sun will rise again. I've lost many friends, made a fool of myself and learned from the experiences. They were painful and can happen again. That's my life. There's lots of good to go with the bad.
DON"T LOOSE YOUR SENSE OF HUMOR. Remember those time before you became sick. Look for things that make you smile.
With me its monty python, Eddie Murphy, MUSIC, reading .etc
Know this; What ever your going through you will get better.
It takes me 2to3 years to get better after an episode..
Remember- look in the mirror every morning and SMILE even if you have to fake it.
BE WELL!
No my friend, they really cannot understand. If it's not in their experience, how can they? They may THINK and BELIEVE that they understand the situation. But they don't. Don't waste your breath.
