This is a warfare dream. You are engaged in a spiritual battle. You are afraid that no one will help you. Call out to God, and He will help you through whatever is going on in your life.
Your subconscious mind processes much more information than your conscious mind. When you sleep, some of it surfaces. Take a look at what is going on in your life that would create the same feelings you are getting from the dreams.
Often, writing them out in the morning helps your conscious mind see the connections.
I advice you talk to your doctor. Have you ever considered that? I think it would be wise and if you do not want to do that then pray and before you go to bed at night play Gospel music. My grandfather has the ame thing and it stopped sometime after he saw his doctor. Now, there might not be anything wrong with you. You could just be like me and have a VERY active imagination. Just, I wouldn't get too hasty about it. Like my mom always told me; it's just a dream. I hope you solve this problem. I want to inform you that my mother has had the same dream of the same house four or five times since she has been alive (shes 34). They weren't the SAME dream just with the same house. But, yet, she has never seen that house in her life!
