don't be strict on yourself. consider your options and when you find one that is right for you, try making it compatible to your everyday life
you are who you are....are you wanting to change for yourself or for someone else!? are you happy with yourself if so...then u dont have to change! but if you really want to try new things get a different view of everything that will open your eyes to alot of new and great things!
Realize that you deserve the world just for being you. When you really believe that and love yourself, you will be happier and more motivated etc. Good Luck!
I suffered from a hearing disability for many years, I didn't even
know I had, because I wasn't deaf. I was always treated like I was
wierd, and had an attitude. At one point, I hated everybody.
But I read in a Chinese wisdom book. Where it said. "Just be
friendly. And save YOURSELF, a lot of aggravation."
do something to help others; it'll make ya feel better. don't be mean to yourself, you might have to watch some of the things you do (if you're the one who's doin 'em), & you don't have to make yourself a twin of someone else, but if there doing somethin good that they do that you can do that you think might help, try it. ttyl, & :) SMILE! :)
I'm sorry that you are so unhappy. I really think that if you have thoughts of hurting yourself or other people you should ask for help. I believe some kind of therapy or counseling would be helpful.
you are in the path already, asking how & recognizing ur behavior s the first step. when ever u feel the anger coming to you take a deep breath, stop, observe, and just repeat to ur self," so what"? whatever s causing ur anger at that moment will start disipating right in there.
