yes, you can. everybody can do it theoretically. but you have to practise for a long time. To be honest, i dont hink you would be able to open the door using your mind, because it requires really strong mind and concentration. There are only a few people who are able to do it. But you can try spinning a psi-wheel. Youll find manual how to make it on google. all you need is a piece of paper, a pin and something to place the pin and paper on, such as piece of cork or candle or anything soft and stable. Then you will concentrate on the wheel and it will start to spin eventually. Ive managed to learn this in a few hours.
To improve your telepathy: ask a friend to practise with you. Let him think about something. Eg. he has to choose one geometrical shape and colour, eg. a red triangle. Than he tries to think about it and visualise it as well as he can. While he is doing that, you try to read his thoughts and guess what is he thinking about. You might use numbers (1-digit at first, than 1-20, than 0-99 and so on) or write about 10-20 words and your friends chooses one of them. However, agian, i dont think it would be possible to communicate only via telepathy.
