These are characteristics obsessions which are a part of obsessive compulsive disorder. These obsessions, which are unwanted, intrusive, and disturbing occur despite your best efforts to control them. This is a very treatable condition and if you'd like you may wish to consider seeing a cognitive behavioral therapist. There are many techniques and methods using this paradigm of psychotherapy that will help you to alleviate these symptoms. We also recommend to individuals who belive they have OCD the book "STOP OBSESSING!" by Edna Foa. It's a mere $15, and well worth the price if you'd like to avoid seeing a therapist. Good luck!

"unwanted, intrusive sexual thoughts"
Does not compute.
A therapist would help you, ask your health workers for a referral to one.
Do you have a lot of free time? Maybe you should get a hobby or something so your mind is busy on other things.
perhaps is sexual frustation....relieve yourself
I'd talk to your doctor, especially if they didn't occur before the meds started. If you had them before meds, talk to your doctor anyway, because there may be a way to get you help without making you take a ton of meds.
That can also be a symptom of...I think Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and there ARE treatments for that. Each person responds differently, so try to work with your doctor to find your best way to deal.
Good luck.
make a specific time to enjoy them every day, and consciously put them aside at other times (tell yourself you can enjoy them later). Eventually you can train yourself to be appropriate when you need to be.
You have to much free time on your hands or you are using these thoughts as a way to escape from reality.
Find something to occupy your time, something that you have to actually 'think" about and use your brain to do.
Embrace them, and be the dirty, dirty girl that you need to be...
