Answers:
wow. um...kind of difficult.

i have insomnia too, but i've kind of just learnt to deal with it.

besides, i go to sleep at four and wake up at 7.

as for your parents, keep telling them you have insomnia. if they still don't respond/listen/help, tell someone else.

someone who might be able to talk to your parents about it.

i would say teacher, or counselor, but i don't know if you're in school/going to school

hope this helps

pull an all-nighter on purpose, then try falling asleep at a decent time... maybe then they would listen? doesn't hurt to try, I guess. If not, just say you want to go see your doctor, you have a question, and then tell THEM about it, and let them explain to your parents
so parents wont listen there must be another issue do they fight are they drunks you must be stressed out what you need to do is find away to tune them out, example head phones or ear plugs, try staying up all day and night, you might need to reset your sleep pattern as well,
Sounds like you need to reset your internal clock. A common problem for teenagers and young adults and their parents(trying to get the to go to bed and wake up at a sensible hour).

Try using bright lights to wake up the brain. Your parents can help, please keep in mind that this will take a long time to reset your body's internal clock, but with patience it can be done.

Due to biological changes, teenagers need 10 hours of sleep. If you are going to bed at 4a no wonder your parents have to force you to get up, 7 hours of sleep is not enough. So in order for you to get enough sleep, they should try to get you up at 2p not 11a.
Once they wake you up you need to be exposed to bright light (open blinds, turn on a bright light or go outside if it is sunny). The next day, they will have to wake you up 15 minutes earlier this will have to happen until a desired bedtime is established.

After that make sure that you go to bed around the same time each night. So that your body gets used to it.

Additionally you may want to decrease any decaffeinated drinks and products in the evening and avoid bright lights at night.

You may want to print out the two articles I referenced to show your parents and ask them to help you.
