what are the main treatments for schizophrenia please be specific?

Schizphrenia is largely considered a biochemical disturbance in the brain, and therefore responds to medications very well. In the "old days" prior to psychotropic meds, people where "treated" with cold water baths, unnecessary amounts of electroconvulsive therapy, lobotomies, or just left to wander the "asylum" themselves.
I am a retired psych RN and since then another group of medications has been developed to treat the illness without all the side effects. I have seen former patients who, when I worked with them, had no expression on their faces, actively hallucinated, or had side effects such as severe muscle spasms.
The new drugs out there (sorry, don't know any names) keep a patient looking and respondeing relatively normal. For more specifics, you should check with a board ceritfied psychiatrist. Group therapy helps with support.
For PTSD, the best thing is psychotherapy with a psychologist. (Most psychiaTRISTS are MDs and just prescribe medications.) Again, look for a therapist, probably a PhD who is certified for PTSD. Medications for anxiety and panic attacks are usually given.
Mulitple personality disorders are extremely rare. Only a psychiatrist/psychologist after several sessions could make the determination of its existence. Treatment for this I do not know about.

I wish I could give you an answer that would help, but not being a Dr. guessing at mental health could be deadly for the ill person, seek help soon from a Doctor, and good luck.
Zyprexa is one drug used for schizophrenia. Rispardal is another one. I am a medication aid in a group home for mentally ill and have encountered the use of these two quite frequently.
Rispardel[may not have spelt it right] is the one that is mainly used nowdays it is very expensive but it works for the majority of cases best of luck
