when you wake up in the morning. tell yourself.. "I will be happy today"

you always have a choice. you can be a grouch.. or you can be happy. ok.. there are times when perhaps you should not show that you are happy. like at the funeral of your worst enemy.. but most of the time.. you can at least appear to be happy. you will make the world better for those around you too!

thats a good question, everyone has there bad days if everyone was always happy the world wouldn't b the way it is today, its just the way life is the only way you can deal with it to love the person thats within you well how to be happy is a tuff one it all depends on your lifestyle your attitude.your way of thinking so id say its about control if you have control then you deside ?

i was very unhappy at work, kicked up a lot of dirt and dust, and now theyve begun to sort things out for me with proper training and better jobs.
i was unhappy with my weight so decided to go jogging firstly, bi-weekly, then weekly now every 2-3days. its hard work though. nothings ever easy.
try to stay positive, do activities which you find pleasant, which relax you, as much as possible, avoid unpleasant and negative people. Simple Formula to be happy.
Whatever you want to do + time doing it = happy
It's all in the mind. Happiness is part chemical and part attitude.
Just do whatever you want that doesn't feel painful.

i strongly suspect that it starts by accepting yourself for who and what are you are and learning to like/love yourself and to keep it going by not letting other people's opinions influence how you feel about yourself, you will eventually become happier thus oozing confidence for all to see.
