When I started taking it I was an emotional wreck I would cry at a drop of a hat. But different people experince different things on meds and it normall takes 4 to 6 weeks to take full effect so just be aware and if your worried contact your doctor.

Those sensations may be temporary as your body gets used to the medication. Give it some time, you will get accustomed to the drug and these symptoms may lessen or go away completely. It takes a few weeks for this drug to become effective in your body.
yes i take it regularly and the "side effects" you are experiencing are Normal and *should subside within 2 weeks of taking it ..
they gave it to me for smoking store bought cigs, ohh , it was awful, I would never take the stuff again, ohh, tell your Doctor, they could be side effects, moreso the metal test in your mouth
I didn't experience what your going through. The medicine was to help me quit smoking...however, I did have mood swings, most of which weren't pleasant! lol He also told me that if I smoked while taking the meds, it would make me sick...well, it didn't. So needless to say, I never quit smoking. lol
This is not unusual. I also was prescribed this because it's used to help stop smoking. I noticed I had a taste in my mouth that was exactly like when you accidently bite into a piece of aluminum foil. There was this metalic/electron type reaction and good God...my mouth started watering. I think I stuck with it for about 2 weeks and although it did kill the urge for nicotine I decided I liked the taste of tobacco better than Reynolds Wrap.
