As a personal answer, just try and relax about the whole sex issue. Forced sex is a waste of time.

A sexologist/psycologist would be the best source for answers, and involving your husband at some stage will be important, crucial, to making sure that your marriage doesn't suffer while you deal with the sex issue. Communication! And lots of hugs!

accept that u have a problem and that this situation does not satisfy u, read a lot on the subject, dont try to act normal, u will only lose time and it will get worse; u have to face and be as u are, that way u have a chance to get well soon, so seek help, see a therapist, its VERY necessary, if u find one that seams not to understand you, look for other therapists, its not about the fact of contacting someone, its about of really finding ur way out of this, so act and be very honest, so that the cha,ngements will really appear. good luck.
