A question about dreams?
Question:
Answers:
OMG!! me too! It's probably because your "dreaming" in that dreams happen so slowly because, in biological terms, the heart is pumping blood to the brain slower when sleeping then, lets say, running. Your thoughts are slower and brain fuctions slower during that time. I want to "run" faster in a dream and somehow the "bad guys" always seem win. I have the same dreams you do!

I wish I knew too, sometimes I am dreaming and I want to scream but nothing is coming out and the danger is chasing me and then I am frozen. I have to force myself to wake up.
I've had those kinds of dreams before too and I don't know why it seems that way.
hahahha, i am better than you, i run at .01 mph
i don't know exactly why it happens, i've had the same types of dreams. I've had odd dreams that are hard to explain, but from my understanding about running away real slow in a dream means that there's a problem in life that can't be escaped from and the only way to leave it far behind is to face it up front with conviction. I usually wake upset for not being able to run away fast enough. Now, i try to understand why the speed of my running is most important.
To be running in a dream suggest speed and flow.To be running forward, suggest confidence and ability. To be running away from, signifies fear and an inability to do something.
In a dream time and place are significant.
Running in a dream suggest the potential for anxiety or distress.Spiritually we may be trying to do something to quickly.
Well, when you run in dreams and can't get away from what you are running from; it means that there is some unfinished business or critical situation that you're trying to avoid in real life. And, no matter where you go or what you do, it keeps popping up. So, stop avoiding it and face it! Confidence, in dreams, is lacking sometimes. Remember, it's your dream! You make the rules! peace.
