Question: According to his letters he wrote, it appears to me that he may have been a Psychopathic killer that loves to kill women.

Well..... it depends, d'ya think murdering prostitutes with surgical removal and precision in the dark of night over the course of years and then taunting the police and public with letters detailing the crimes is psychopathic?
