Answers:
Don't listen to any of the idiots that are telling you you are crazy. The same thing happens to me. It has a lot to do with W.I.L.D. and M.I.L.D. sleep techniques (look them up online) which have to do with your sleep states. For most people the transition between concious and uncoucious states is black and white. For people like us there is a gray area inbetween in which we are somewhat aware of our subconcious. Do you have a lot of vivid dreams (dreams where you know you are dreaming). Some people actually train themselves to do some of the things we do naturally. It is a gift, not a curse. You just have to train yourself a little bit. When I go through a lot of stress the sounds and visuals are more prominent. I can also sense a location of the voice like behind me and towards the right or right in front of me. It has also been suggested that this is a transferring of unconciously stored information to your long term memory or some other type of processing (thats why you hear voices of people, conversations or music from the current day, not from say a week before). Its really complicated but once mastered you can have complete control of a lot of your dreams. I use my dreams to practice public speaking, work on my golf swing or just fly around and enjoy the experience. I have even done some exploring into myself and solved some pretty complex problems like when I had a fear of intimacy. Start by looking up stuff online and go from there. Good Luck.

Interesting. Maybe you are developing physic abilities. If it gets really bad, you may want to talk to someone about it. I'm sorry I can't really help more, but it's a strange situation.

schitzophrenia Go to a Psychologist or Psychiatrist. They can help.

You seem to be describing auditory hallucinations. You need to see a doctor urgently, preferably a psychiatrist or psychologist. The earlier you get help the better Not to worry you, but it sounds like beginning stages of schizophrenia. Check out the DSM-IV for criteria and see if that helps. Then I suggest callingn your physician who can refer you to a psychiatrist for an evaluation. If you do have schizophrenia, the sooner you find out the better, you don't want a full blown episode and no help. Good luck

Let your parents know about this. It does indeed sound very annoying. They can arrange for you to meet with someone who can help you make the voices go away.

Don't spend time alone in haunted places, or apartments where you could be possibly hearing neighbors.

schizophrenia-psychiatrist This is a symptom of schizophrenia..you may need to see a professional.

I would go to the doctors and get a check up

You are stressed out!

Go to a store like Walmart or Target and buy in the exercise section a thing called The Step.

Before you go to bed, step up and down for 5-15 minutes. When you wake up, do it again for 5-15 minutes.

When you lie down, lie on your back. Push your feet forward, then pull your feet back, with your muscles in your legs and feet. Do this two times. Do it as tight as you can each time.

All these things relax your muscles, push up your endorphins. You will sleep better and have less voices and sounds.

try a college or university psycological services center cause they arre the cheapest, tell them to test you for schzophrenia or any class of it, cause hearing voices that talk to you is not noramal. cause your looney

you need to see a Dr because it sounds like you have schizophrenia

You'll really need a professional for a diagnosis. Start by seeing a psychoanalyst. If the problem isn't one that can be solved through psychotherapy, you can be pointed in the right direction from there. But see a mental health professional.

Hearing voices is a classic symptom of schizophrenia, but that doesn't mean you have that. It is troubling if you are hearing disturbing voices and it's affecting your sleep. In general it sounds like it's having a negative effect on your life, so you're putting the right foot forward by asking for help.

Your next step is to contact a mental health professional. Good luck!

Hun, you are exhibiting symptoms of schizophrenia. Only your doctor can help. They have medication that will make the voices stop. Please get help.
