drink lots of water If you smoke or drink give it up. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a day and don't stress out about things too much. (I know easier said than done sometimes!). Good diet, exercise, you know the score. Most people think I'm 10 years younger than I actually am and it's great! Oh yes a good hairdresser! I love to dye my hair and if you find the right tone to complement your skin colour then that can take years off you.
i think you have to look after yourself from a very eary age,get plenty of beauty sleep dont smoke, keep yourself relitavley fit, eat healthily, drink loads of water ( very little alcohol ) and look after your skin and teeth also wear protection out in the sun including sunglasses, do this and youll look brilliant.
Excersize five days a week for at least 30 minutes. This should help not only with fitness, but balance, muscle tone and bone density. Drink 8 glasses/ cups of liquid (not including caffeine drinks, tea is allowed). Eat five fruit/ veg every day. Find things to laugh about. Do crosswords or something mentally stimulating every day. Find something to laugh about. Be generous (E Eriksson, psychosocial development over the lifespan). Use moisturiser from your twenties. See your friends often. Find things to smile about every day.

Also drink at least 8 glasses of mineral water a day to flush out toxins and keep skin from creases and developing lines
