What should I do??


Question:
I have found out that me memory is losing recently ..i am not able to learn properly in my studies ?? so.What should i do know to make my memory again powerful?? Can you give me the reason why my memory has become poor accidently??

bcos of tensions & watching TV for very long hours you will loose your concentration and memory

don't b frustrated.u can't lose ur memory like that.i think ur distracted.try doing some yoga.omit late night studies.wake up early in the morning.b coooool.everything will be alright.

You avoid mental tensions. It creates confusion - lack of confidence and weakening of memory.

(i) Have a good timetable and adhere to it with discipline. As far as possible, the jobs should be finished in time. It is because if the jobs are not finished in time it creates mental stress at last hour - mental exertion - mental tension.

(ii) Work out which is best time of day when you can learn studies more efficiently. Though early morning time is good but it is subjective matter of individual's temperaments. Timetable should be adjusted accordingly to take benefits of same

(iii) Have a balanced life. Only playing or only studying or only entertainment will not do. Take care of health.

(iv) Be positive minded and be in companies of optimistic friends.

(v)If you are in India take Ashwagandharista for a few days. It has given good results in strengthening memory.

(vi) Have faith in God. Trust in his blessings. It will give you renewed confidence in life.

Switch to Raw Veganism, if you have the dicipline, the constant source of nutrient only based foods will have a powerful affect on your life permanantly and I would be not hard to press completely solve the problem.
