sleep paralysis?
Question:
Answers:
NO.I think that you are legitimately suffering from some serious sleep-related illnesses.
My brother experienced sleep-paralysis. He called it "getting stuck".
I've had this experience a couple of times and it scared the stew outta me!
It usually happens when I am extremely, mentally and physically fatigued!
Don't despair. Start w/a consultation by from a pulmonary specialist! God bless you!

Narcolepsy isn't as dangerous as sleep apnea, where the brain is confussed and you actually stop breathing for sometimes a minute or longer. As for your hallucinations, are you paralyzed in bed when you have them? Do you feel like you can only move your toes only if you try real hard? My fiance' suffers from the same affliction. It seems to be harmless, although it does shake him up a bit. It's brought on by anxiety and stress so try to decompress your thoughts before bed. As for bad luck, I beleive your luck is what you make of it. :)
I have hypnogogic hallucinations, sleep paralysis, narcolepsy, sleep apnea, hypopnea, TMD, COPD, an immunoglobulin deficiency (IgG), OCD, hypothyroidism, and I just got a paper cut. (Just kidding about the paper cut.) I feel lucky that what I have is treatable for the most part, but the hallucinations can be scary as heck. I'm also lucky because the hallucinations and sleep paralysis have been occurring very rarely. You're in my prayers!
I bet you are an interesting person. I was wondering if your hypnagogic hallucinations would make you hear someone speaking in your ear while you are sleeping only to wake up and find no one there.
A couple times a year it's like someone says my name very loudly into my ear (while I'm asleep)but when I wake up no one is there. Am I nuts?
