on the brink of insanity?

Question:
i'm a young man with anxiety and ocd issues(on meds and had sessions with psychologist).i have quite a few ocd obsessions and compulsions under control(anxiety too).the problem is that i find it very difficult to work or perform tasks when people are looking at me(i sort of freeze).i sometimes feel like running away(when i am walking in a quiet or not so busy area) when a person(s) glances or looks at me-i have a sort of adrenaline surge and sort of jerk(as if there is danger).i know it is irrational but it has become like a reflex action(second nature)-very embarrasing in public.when people enter rooms or just pass by(rooms that i am in)i feel like taking off.i actually run (jerk) as i mentioned earlier.i have been forced to stop work because it was impossible to cope.people always judge me negatively.therapist told me it is social anxiety.has anyone heard or experienced such things.?thanking you all in advance.

Answers:
the only person that can judge is god, and yourself. Don't let the ways of our public opinionated country get to you. You have priorities and you need to concentrate on them. I would assume safely that you probably don't want to end up in a mental hospital? So live YOUR life, not the life you feel other people want you to live.

Other Answers:
ITS GOING TO BE OKAY.HAVE PAIENCE AND FAITH AND JUST LET GO

sounds like you have a serious flight or flight reflex.

instead of acknowledging the flight will yourself instead into a fight reflex. if you can do that then you can strike a happy medium. yes i know the feeling. I dont work anymore because of it. I stay at home and let my husband work now. I feel safer athome. I am also on meds still and have been for almost 3 years and it isn't getting any better but I deal with it by staying home and if I have to go out I take someone with me that I can trust. I wish I could give u advice on how to cope with it for you but I dont know how. sorry.
