How can I stop being so reclusive on my days off?
Question:
Answers:
Schedule activities to do on your day off. Volunteer or start a hobby that you are interested in. Force yourself to get out the house because once you are out doing stuff you will feel much better. Hang out with friends or family, take a walk, do anything to get out. I know just how you feel. I have experienced that so many times. You feel bad because you isolate yourself and that only makes you feel worse. Just get out that house girl! You'll start feeling better once you do.
