Answers:
No one can hurt you truly unless you allow them to. Being depressed by what your bf did was well what everyone would be feeling if they found out their mate cheated on them but always remember that it isn't the end of the world. There is more to the world than just one guy. Try to remember the things that make you happy, things that you would like to do, find a hobby, read an ispirational book, go shopping, pamper yourself in a spa or something or just talk to a close friend that you trust and who you believe will listen to you and help you. There is no need to cut yourself, fight your depression by doing something positive in life. You have a lot more that you can do and offer in life. Always remember it is good to cry but when the tears are all gone, life continues and so must you. Allow yourself time to mourn in sadness but when all is done get up and face life again after all there is always a silver lining on the clouds at the end of a storm. Dont do things to hurt yourself, there is nothing to gain from that, do something positive and always remember that there are a lof of people out there who love you and care for you always, lean in their love when you are down, borrow strength from them when you are weak and when finally you can stand again, stand and run to face life with smile...
You need to seek professional help immediately. What you're doing could really hurt or even kill you. See a therapist that specializes in things like this, seek out a support group, and if necessary look into your local mental hospitals. Don't think that admitting yourself into a hospital means that you're "crazy", it just means that you're smart enough to get help.
