does anyone else think that no one understands?

Question: i find that wen i talk to people about myself and whats in my head they seem to just say 'yes i understand' but they really dont they just brush it off coz its easier to agree with someone than say 'no i dont understand'. this makes me feel so lonely and pathetic. does anyone else have this problem?

Sure, this has happened to me before and honestly, I know I have been the person at times saying "yeah, I understand" to friends when really I don't.

Now I try to let them know that while I may not understand their problems, or ever be able to understand what they are going through, I am happy to listen to them and support them as best I can.

Don't feel pathetic about it, find someone you can trust to talk too.
