My sister is Schozophrinic and she is taking all of that trying to get better. She even take Omega 3 and Vit B12. All vitamins are good for the body so just keep trying like my sister and I will pray for some results for you. Good luck.

no, not much u can do to prevent these psychiatric conditions, try to stay calm and don't get depressed, being depressed increases your risk for developing a psychiatric disorder. easier said than done, but unless you have a family history, then having alot of stress and anxiety is the most common cause!

I used to work as a R.N. on psychiatric units in 2 hospitals for
over 20 years. No! Once a person has schizophrenia or Bipolar
Disorder, they have it for the rest of their life. There are medicines
that can reduce or eliminate the symptoms but they have to be prescribed by a doctor. Vitamins won't do it!

These diseases are serious and they need serious medicines!
