Rainy days and Mondays always get me down.
The suicide rate in Seattle is higher than anywhere else in the US, and it rains there constantly. Mabe there's something to it.

Very much so in the winter ,,i live in Denmark and the sun starts going down very Earlie here only about 6 or 7 hours sunlight per day ,and pretty cold ,,,We have had alot of sunny days this summer but when i think about the coming winter it just makes me sad ,,i know you didn't ask how to fight off the feelings of gloom but my suggestion to you is, be in a quite room and do something nice for yourself ,,read a book or watch a favorite movie ,,light some candles in the evening and enjoy a cool drink or hot tea never fails to improve my day or night ,,hope this helps and hey smile better days are just around the cornnor ,,
