bipolar disorder and panic attacks??
Question:

You don't need to be doing the really weird stuff to have a bipolar problem. I am bipolar, and I overreact to almost everything. For instance, tonight, I was on a high, until my BF said he was leaving town until Tuesday night. Because we always spend Sunday and Monday evenings together, I was totally ticked. I flew off the handle at him, and now we aren't speaking at all.
As for the panic attacks, it doesn't seem to matter for me. I can be on a high, or a low, and they happen with similar frequency and severity.
You may want to go to a mental health clinic near you. They are the only ones who can give you an accurate diagnosis. My parents ignored the symptoms, and by the time they realized there was a problem, I was trying to kill myself. Please, go get some help. It will make a huge difference.
Good luck. I've been there, and I know how it feels.
They are not panic attacks - they are either catatonic attacks or something else which represents a psychotic state. I tend to shake during mine - I lose complete track of reality for a period of time - usually 30 minutes to an hour. I wound up in jail after my last attack in 2005.
