Eat some food...if that don't help go to the doctor. they have really good meds for that stuff. I had to get some one time. Trust me...make your appointment tomorrow.
first you have to recognize the reason why you're depressed, you're probably upset about something, in general, just move on with your life, stay focused and work on your goals, when you accomplish something be proud and then this should combat your depression......when you become a success then you've overcame it
I would let your doctor know immediately.
you need to surround yourself with positive people. and dont do any activities which are depressing.
dont worry we are all eeling te same thing,i just had a weird covo with the guy i love i think he will neva talk to me again im gonna die but who gives a **** tommorow is another daY SO GET OVER IT
this is not fun is it? a lot of people cant get with it unless they have been there. There is so much your not saying..like are you on any antidepressants?do you drink alcohol?or smoke dope?or how long have you had the episodes?so its hard to go there unless there is a little bit of history. How old are you?
Well, Maria "G," try changing the last part of your handle to "gorgeous;" it may subconsciously give you the 'lift' you need...
I think you just want attention...Some people are weak and look for pity....wake up, half the people don't care and the other half are glad someone else is having a bad day.
It would be a good idea to contact your doctor, or counselor if you have one. You don't want it to get so bad that you could end up in the hospital. I am speaking from personal experience. I have depression, & have been struggling with it for about 15 yrs. so far; & I have had my share of relapses, as well as hospitalizations. But, I am on a roll right now: I haven't had a psych hospitalization for almost 7 months so far. So, best wishes to you on this.
Don't listen to all the inconsiderate people on this site who are saying things that will make you cry.
I'm depressed, too, so I'm probably like the proverbial blind person leading the blind, but I know it's probably not going to help to know there's more of us out there. Depression loves to be isolated.
I also know that words... advice... after awhile all seem to not help much. They're so abstract. What I want is someone to take care of me. I don't know if I can do that myself. Maybe someday we'll have all the answers. In the meantime, I suppose we have to keep living and occasionally try to transform some of that advice floating everywhere into a real, honest-to-goodness action.
Stop it before it gets out of hand...get medical help NOW. You don't have to feel this way.
Volunteer for a day with children from Africa who have seen their parents viciously murdered in front of them and whom have nearly died of starvation. I do that and it makes you appreciate what you have and therefore I do not have a right to ever feel depressed when in comparison to them I have health, wealth and loving people surrounding me.
