yes to a certain extent. adderall in ADD patients helps calm them down and most importantly gives their brain the ability to slow down enough to problem solve also helps with impulsive behavior. One if you dont have ADD why are you being prescribed Adderall.Adderall is basically for ADD its almost the same thing as ritalin.if you dont have ADD and are prescribed this then yes it will more then likely do the opposite effect.although I dont know what freaking doctor would prescribe this without you having ADD!

some of the medicines prescribed can have the opposite effect for people diagnosed with ADD so I would definitely think someone who took it not having the disorder could see many different effects and probably stronger
