Iam depressed really bad Do I see a shrink or sign myself in somewhere?

Question:

Long story short pregnant at 16 again at 18 married divorced. Did share of bad drugs cleaned up my self with no help doing no drugs now raising 2 kids and now 1 step child engaged. I have low self esteem. I love my life not myself should I just talk to a shrink or do you think I should sign my self in somewhere for 2 wks and straighten myself out.I have lots of things that a proffesional should have helped me with (things i did on drugs) just wanna be happy inside

Seriously. Call 9-1-1 and they will send a squad and the police, NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OR ASHAMED OF, and they will get you the proper help that you are asking for. I did that about a year ago and I don't regret it one bit. GOOD LUCK, FRIEND.

Meet a GP , counselling will do a world of good
