You need to get checked for bipolar disorder.
just calm down
you should move to costa rica
See a therapist or sleep with the light on.
And thanks to DomC for the laugh!
well it might be a ghost.well i have no ghosts but i have the same problem.but its just your brain.see your brain make things up and gets you scared.like your scared of something and now you think it is looking for you.so its just your imagination.
........... go to the doctor tell him to lock you up. that or give you medication and sleep with the lights on.
btw bi-polar does not make you see things. or make you this way. so it has nothing to do with bi-polar because i am diagonosed with bi-polar. so i should know.
I don't really know what you are talking about but i do know that when i am alone in a dark room i close my eyes & think of what I wan't.You could do the same, could be your crush or any moment of your life dat you love.Anything that makes you happy.
When you are all onlone "you" are your worst enemy. you freak your own self out, so get a whole lot of nightlght and turn the light on next to your room.
The fears you describe are not uncommon, and you are not alone. There is nothing wrong with keeping a night light on in your room, especially if it relieves the fear and allows you restful sleep. ADHD does indeed have alot to do with why you are experiencing these fears...hyperactivity is not just physical but mental as well. Establish a routine for thirty minutes before bedtime, do the same thing every night to establish an emotional comfort zone. Can be just sitting quietly and relaxing, or you can check under the bed, verify the window is locked, the closet is empty of monsters etc. Whatever it takes to help you relax. Take heart, you will grow out of this.
Dear Breanne, I'm so sorry you're going through this.. It must be terrifying!! I think the first step is to sit down and have a long conversation with your mom where you tell her all the things you mentioned here. I think you definitely need to see a counselor or therapist to help you through this. I don't think it's possible to function with this level of paranoia. Please talk to your parents and take some steps to overcome this. Also, now is a good time to start writing a daily journal. It will help you to understand your thoughts and feelings.
I don't know the answer to your question but will suggest you tell your Mom what you have said here and ask her to help you through this time. It is hard to be scared and the longer it goes on the worse it seems to get.
I'll be praying for you that the Lord God will minister his deliverance, comfort, peace and truth to you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Don't sleep in a completely dark room. Lit some weak light bulbs when you sleep. You are still young and that is understandable. Do sports during a day and make yourself tired, you will sleep better. Many kids are afraid of darkness, don't be depressive about it.
i think that maybe you should seriously get a night light.then pray to god.pray to him that you will not have bad thoughts runinng throught your mind.i know what its like to be afraid of that kinda stuff.i was afraid of it until last year.its like it will never give up.but it will eventually.just pray.i hope ypu give it a try.-ashleigh
Breanne, I think you are surrounded by some evil spirits. You need to find a great Christian church with a strong presence of the Holy Spirit.
God's word says He did "not give you a spirit of fear but of power, of love and a sound mind". Get a filling of the Holy Spirit and the evil spirits will leave. God bless you, dear.
Just b/c you haven't been diagnosed, doesn't mean that you don't have a problem. I'm no doctor, but what you're experiencing isn't normal. Psychiatrists can prescribe medications so that people w/ problems like yours can lead happier lives. Doesn't happy sound good? Try seeing a psychiatrist; it should help.
You need a spiritual leader not a doctor.

i think i have the same thing i didnt kno it was a disease now i am scared i have ADHD to,that might have something to do wit it i wouldnt kno y though
Sounds to me like either you've been raised in a religious environment or somewhere along the line you've been introduced to it.
From experience I'd pray for God to send some angels to lay beside and to make all of the noises and images go away. And instantly, I felt better instantly. But, I grew up in a very relilgious environment so I have no doubt about my situation.
If you do try praying, you really have to believe that God will always protect you and be there for you. And trust me, he will.
YOU DONE IT !
13 "FELL' for it .
the best way to get this token care of go to the dr. so he or she and help you with mechine.
It also may be a form of anxeity I would ask the doctor for more test not just the ones your mom suggests.
If I have got you right then I believe you are suffering from hallucinations resulting from over usage of drugs at an arly age. 13 years of age is quite young to do drugs. You need to keep away from the drugs. consult a specialist who will guide you on how to smoothly leave the habbit.
if this is not the case and you mean you are not doing drugs then I would suggest you consult your parents on some of the hereditary deeds in your family line. YOU WILL BE SURPRISED.
your question is not clear!
Alfred Hitchcock was afraid of the dark and such when he was a child. He purposely put himself in dark but safe places. Then, as an adult, he made himself very, very rich and famous for his knack of scaring people, usually in very dark, literally so, films.
Meanwhile the nightlight is a good idea. So is getting a small flashlight for your keychain or on a dangly bracelet. Some of them in the knick-knack stores are quite small, then put another in your purse. You might try some music, soothing music, down low but still loud enough to distract you from the common creaks and groans that punctuate the quiet your home or other buildings.
Don't talk about it much. As you grow up, there will be mean boys and men who will want to accentuate their fun by getting their jollies preying upon your pain. There will also be some girls and women who will get their jollies that way. So, don't dwell on it in conversations. As Yoda would, "That is the path to the dark side." The BDSM crowd will want to cure you and their cure is worse than the disease.
Hello, I don't think this is the place to be trying to get answers for a medical diagnosis, please talk to your Mother and go to a Doctor for help and pray to Jehovah God for help.
Hi Breanne. I kind of understand how you feel. When I was about 15 I started having horrible sensations and visions when I went to bed at night. I could not distinguish them from "reality" except by the fact that what I was seeing, hearing, and feeling was not possible. I was paralyzed during the experience. I saw really terrifying things that haunted me for years. I thought I was going insane. After seeing several specialists, I was diagnosed with narcolepsy syndrome, a sleeping disorder. The "visions" were hypnagogic hallucinations caused by entering the REM stage of sleep while still awake. The paralysis was also a result of the REM state. I'm not trying to diagnose you with narcolepsy because your experiences do not match the symptoms. I just wanted to tell you that there may be a physical or neurological cause to your symptoms that can be treated successfully. Sometimes it takes the Dr.'s a while to pinpoint exactly what is going on, but you have to keep trying. I still remember the first one, who diagnosed me with post traumatic stress disorder and said I should listen to relaxation tapes. Not a bad idea, but it didn't address the real problem. Just hang in there, and remember: The monsters are not real and they cannot hurt you.
