Do you NOT have a Mental Disorder?

Question:
Shame on you that make nasty remarks. If you did have any of these things wrong you would hate it beyound anything you have ever experienced. Stop slinging rude judgemental remarks to people that sincererly want help. You never know what can happen to you. I hope it NEVER happens to you. It very serious an hurtful.

Answers:
Hello............... Thank you ! It infuriates me when people abuse the privilege of having a forum like this to give and get help. Some of the comments I've read are not only judgemental but can actually cause harm to the asker if they are in the midst of some crisis in their life. In fact, I believe that some of the people answering should be the ones asking for help. Are these ridiculous and often detrimental answers a cry for help? I try to check the person's history before I answer any of their questions so I can be sure of their intent. Of course there is nothing you or I can do except be as helpful as we can be, know our sources, and say nothing that may do more harm than good.
There are people who would, when posed the question,"should I kill myself?" actually say yes and give "how to" hints. This is just about the saddest thing I have ever seen. I have to wonder if these people would be as glib if they found out that the despair the asker felt led to their suicide, and that they were helped along by the "encouragement" they recieved here at Yahoo. The insensitive and cruel nature of some people scares me. I see it as an illness and I can only hope that they seek help. Again, thank you for your comments.
You're just jealous because 'the voices' only talk to ME!
