Would an increase in dopamine, let's say by any possible means, reverse the effects of an antipsychotic agent?

Question:
Don't antipsychotics block dopamine in brain?
Does the reverse of that bring the person to how they were before, if the person wishes so?

Great if somebody worked in the field....

Answers:
Oh yes Dear ! Your idea is brilliant but, unfortunately not unique. Have you heard of Parkinson's disease? The cause of parkinson's is same as taking a very large dose of anti-psychotics. There is absolute deficiency of dopamine in nerons leading to extra pyramidal symptoms and we know them better as "Parkinson's". Millions of money is goin into research on how to improve the dopamine levels in neurons in the brain already. The day on which there is a breakthrough, we will have solution for your query as will. Until then................ keep your finger crossed.
Sorry but there is no means of reversing psychosis other than precribed medication. Psychosis is way to powerful a disorder to reverse by natural means.
