How do I develop focus and clarity in my thinking?


Question:
I want to know about methods of developing focus and clarity in my thinking.something to stop me from beating around the bush and attacking the point. to being more effective thinker and doer. this deals not only in personal life but in professional life too. i want to know of ways to develop my focus in work and life at present and clarity to think issues over without muddling things with unrelated issues and emotions. is there a way out, some exercise, reading, act that would help me.?

there are lots of self help books that deal with concentration ,but first get a medical assessment done check make sure eveything is fine with your blood etc, a excellent book that helped me through many a situation was, you can if you think you can, norman vincent peale. i also find that writing things out helps clear away the dross.
then shorten the writing to notes. improve your dietry intake fruit oily fish white meat,green veg stay off processed food, walking ,fresh air daily exercise to improve blood circulation, these things will not harm you and may improve your life. and as a after thoughtif you live in a climate were you need central heating, check the carbon monoxide levels in your home, you can purchase cheap a detector than will give you warning if its too high, if you smoke change brands to a low tar or stop. best of luck regards lf
