Very young, but it's rare. Age is not necessarilly a counter to forgetfulness.
Stress makes us forgetful, with me it's always numbers, phone numbers, when the stress goes, they return.

Forgetfulness on it's own is cannot be an indicator of Dementia Alzheimers type. You need to know more about the symptoms before being able to make a clinical diagnosis. First you need to know if your forgetfulness is not better accounted for by a medical condition, stress or substance related.
You'd then need account for the nature and extent of all symptoms you are experiencing.
If you are realy worried and your forgetfulness is interefering with your day to day functioning it is probably best to see a medical doctor, a psychiatrist or a psychologist.
Cant remember and i'm ?? There is no fixed age for the onset of Alzheimer's Disease as, theoretically, it can strike at any age. It is however rare to find it in young people. Everyone forgets things from time to time so do not worry unduly. If you ARE worried then I suggest that you have a word with your GP.
