how do i treat bipolar disorder?
Question:
Answers:
To properly treat bi-polar disease, you must first go see a psychiatrist. He or she will evaluate you and determine what medication or treatment you will need. Medication alone is not the answer nor is therapy the sole answer either. The combination of the two is the best course of action and the longest effective treatment too. As for your insomnia, you can talk to your doctor about that. Sometimes bi-polar patients can have problems with sleeping and staying asleep. Talk to your doctor about this problem and any other problem you have trouble with.
Good luck to you and I hope you feel better soon!
