suicide seems like all thats left for me?
Question:
Answers:
i've been in that place before. suicide to me always seemed like the solution to many problems. in addition, it meant that i no longer had to suffer the emotional hurt.
that said, i'm really glad that you are seeking the help of other people. please ignore the insensitivity from some of the other responses, as they clearly do not know first-hand what being suicidal is like.
the night is always a glaring time for many people in this situation. on one hand, it is dark, and the sun cannot provide that extra uplift that may keep us alive. the lights of the indoors cannot substitute, and even sometimes shock our eyes and our bodies into a greater sting. but all i ask is that you sit down, quietly, and do not think about anything and clear your mind. do this for yourself. remember, whatever happened still happened, and just because you can clear your mind of it does not mean you are forgetting or simply letting it go. but by being able to relax for the night, one can make a choice for themselves in the direction one wants to go. we cannot choose what happens to us, but we can choose how we respond. good luck to you.
Then do it and quit whining for attention. Nobody wants to join you in your pathetic little pity party.
