how to get confedence in yourself?

Question:

Answers:
Confidence is something that you have to gain, if you dont have it. Most will think its a physical thing, but its not. Start from within and work your way out. Its mental.

Tell yourself you are the $hit. Give YOURSELF compliments all the time. Look in the mirror and see a beautiful person, instead of looking for faults.

Exercise helps you feel better about yourself, not only because of what it does for your body, it also does wonders for the nerves and stress levels. Its great for a chemical balance, and people who dont have confidence usually have an imbalance going on.

Other Answers:
don't put yourself down. make a program with a friend or family member to give each other only positive comments and to keep your spirits high.

Find something you are good at, then work harder to become better. This will give you confidence.

Learn something new. Help others.

that is a good question Try to remember that almost everyone else is just faking it too. We all have self doubts and worries, just some people are more successful at ignoring them and going out and facing down the world anyway. Love yourself for who you are, your truly unique self, and believe that others will love you too. That's hard I know; I have a terrible time with this. But I keep fighting!

Hello Charu S.:

Nothing builds confidence in yourself like success.

Here are some links below to help you out. It can be hard if you are in a bad work/home situation where you may have to hide your success but take pride in something you do well.

I have delt with low self-esteem most of my life and recently have been off work because of work place bullying. There can be no success with a colleague running to HR and telling them you do not deserve a job at X and HR actually not doing anything about that advice.

Keep the faith, despite humanity's inhuman behaviour toward each otherl We share hope.

All the best,
