constant feeling alone and moody?

i have anxiety and depression and have 2 children that i love and a defacto that i love but i feel that i am so angry inside and sometimes i take it out on my family with outbursts.My life as a child has been upside down and past relationships have not helped me sd they have been abusive as well.I find it hard to make friends as they are always back stabbing me and i just had enough of that at this time i islolate myself from that.I do feel alone alot of things that came good as giving birth to my daughter 13mths ago by the way all this was happening before i gave birth.What i need to know is there anyone that feels the same way and how do you cope.

anyway, how about going for a ten to fifteen minute walk twice a day
first thing in the morning and during the evening
just enough to get your blood going and it will give you some fresh air.
you could carry the little one if it frightens you to leave her.
You have to be happy with yourself. Change your diet and exercise. Meditate twice a day. Enjoy the outdoors, be in nature. Try to get your blood work done to see if you need extra vitamins or if you should avoid any. You have to be happy and love yourself personally before you can seriously love others.
