Question:
Answers:
It's a form of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). I know a person that went through the same thing. Talk to your doctor. Most of the time they will prescribe something like an anti-depressant which has been known to help. In the meantime, keep your hands busy doing something else. Put oil on your fingers to make it more difficult to pull out the strands of hair. Put band-aids on your fingers. something to make you stop and think and hopefully prevent you from doing it. good luck to you!
