A Psych evaluation means they'll test your competency and ability to comprehend and handle certain situations and if you're crazy enough to avoid getting sued or become a witness. If the CIA has no grounds to keep that info in storage, they wouldn't waste their time. Finger prints and DNA, once taken, will be in the data base of the agency that will test you or be for public information to help the police, FBI, CSI etc.
It consists of a two hour spanking and then a good cry in the corner. And the data won't be sent to the CIA it will be sent to me because I rule the underground. I will clone you and make you do things for me. Like make me stroganoff.
