Sounds like you need it. Just go to A&E and they can get someone to assess you from there.
You can want it all you like, doesn't mean you'll get it!
Usually you need two GPs to commit someone, and unless there's very good reason, decided by them, not you, they won't do it... obviously.
Run down the street naked, screaming that the aliens are after you. Make sure you do it in front of the police department, or court house where law enforcement will see you.
