how do i stop the flashbacks?

Question: i am having a flashbacks from 20 years ago you see when i was born in a small town in texas my father died and my mother threw me out in a barn and left me there i was raised by pigs i even had a mask made of pig skin on my head and i killed people and now i am fine and been taught to be human but i keep having a flashback of me attacking local people in a village everytime i sleep i keep having a dream about i killed and she died screaming : no please no don't kill me .
tthis even started a urban legend of a pig man called pigssy who murdered people now i keep having flashbacks what should i do to stop them
