Can being cold while your sleeping cause you to have bad or more vivid dreams?

Question:
This will sound silly, but recently I've been having more vivid and bad dreams. Mabye not BAD, but not pleasent. I listen to the radio when I sleep and I thought I heard one morning something saying that it had been studied and was thought that if a person was cold during their sleep that they would be more likely to have bad dreams.. Problem is I can't find any of this online and I don't know if maybe I WAS dreaming! LOL Anyone know? Or hear of this before? Just a better researcher? :)

Answers:
Anything adverse can affect your dream state. Too hot, cold, lumpy bed, noise, etc.

Perhaps it was one of your guides talking to you in your sleep, telling you what was wrong!

And dreams don't 'all depend on your daily activities'. That's the biggest crock I've heard in a long time.

Other Answers:
this is all crap. dreams depend only on ur daily activities
No, being cold would have nothing to do with your dreams. Unless you are dreaming about being cold. Dreams are your subconscious mind speaking to you.
Probably so.

Being too hot or too cold while you sleep causes your body to move more and your brain to go into "overload".

Why are you too cold?

Traumatic situations during your day also contribute to dreams and nightmares.

Maybe you just need an extra warm blanket to get you through the night peacefully.
It's probably not the cold, it's probably the stimulation from the music you sleep with. The cold will make you pee in bed. lol.
