I get something like this if I've slept in or am very tired, and haven't eaten a reasonable meal yet. The brain is affected greatly by sleep chemicals and chemicals from nutrition.
are you on any type of meds or drugs?
can you describe these feelings any better?
I kind of had the same problem on paxil, so I stopped.

some philospher (cant remember his name) once said "I do not think thoughts merely enter my head" , many artist's and musicians also claim that they were merely a conduit in which a thought or idea reached them, they then disseminate this information to us through there work. allow yourself to be open to this conduit, if your mind is blank and without thought then you should be open to it. immerse youself in nature and listen to her voice. she will lead you to a new inspiration, and youll be on your way again. but dont be in a hurry to have a mind full of thoughts, enjoy the quiet for a bit. good thoughts to ya.
