i must say this is their excuse for what they do.
Men are naturally inclined to mate with as many women as possible due to the fact that, in the wild, the more children a male produces, the better chance that a large number of them will make it to adulthood and carry on his genetic lineage.

No, it's just a popular excuse for tom cattin'. The human population is in little need for all men to impregnate as many women as conceivably possible - and most men aren't keen on having more children than they have fingers and toes.

Edit: I actually had a discussion about polygamy with my fiance the other day. I told him that I didn't think there was anything wrong with it and that I'd probably be totally into it if it were more accepted in society. He disagreed with it.

I do feel that men are more prone to wanting more than one woman. Before you gals out there jump on me, I'm not saying one should cheat on his significant other, I'm just stating that as in most mammals, males are not monogamus. With a very few exceptions most mammals breed as many females as possible to carry on their genes. I think the majority of men fall into this category and that socialization has stifled it and made it a 'wrong' way to live.
Yes its in our nature to be but the only thing that prevents us from being complete animals is willpower so u either have it or u dont. The answer to your is yes we all will cheat or have already as long as women outnumber men
P.S also men with low testosterone use their weakness as reason for bashing regualr men and use Viagra and Cialis to keep up with us
men and women are equally intent on spreading their oats as far and wide as possible. only difference is the cultural perception of the dominant gender tends to allow more lee way for that gender's "misbehavior"...but both are guilty...:)
It is very important for men to have three women:
One for being responsible in their finances,
The second for House chores and preparing food
The Third for an outgoing social friend
But the most important is that those three women never met.
I say no. I think it has a lot to do with how you are raised and how easily influenced you are by others. And basically if you're just a really big jerk who doesn't respect the relationship you're in. You should respect your body by not sleeping around because these days you don't know what's out there, and you should respect your partner by remaining faithful to them. I'm saying just guys either but guys and girls in general. It really depends on the person not the gender.
I believe because it is in their nature, although women are starting to rise up also, so it goes both ways. Men do it more than woman though

One that is so logical, and one that has such a keen eye for hot ***. That's mostly in this culture and others like the good ol' U.S of A. There are numerous cultures where the sanctity of marriage remains intact. Personally I don't cheat. I feel if you have to cheat then why not just be single?
