Why am i so angry all the time?
Question:

Thats an easy one, coming from someone who has been there.
Something happened that you didnt react to, or didnt like the outcome of, and then repressed your feelings.
Feelings are like pimples...the longer you keep them in, the messier they are when it all comes out. Eventually you learn not to repress and just feel what you feel, it makes for a lot less stress and anxiety.
Its ok to have emotions...regardless of what other people say or do when you have them. How you handle those emotions, however, is your challenge at hand...k?

count 1-10 when ur about to yell.. if that don't work count from 1-100.. if that don't work i dont know what to tell u for realz
It could be a hormonal imbalance. Having a thyroid issue can throw your body off too as well as emotions and the way you handle things. Are you on any medication? If so, check the side effects, because sometimes the medication is the problem.
Maybe it's hormones.
You would have to sit down and talk with someone about what is making you upset. Could it be your situation or maybe what you are going through. Depression and or anxiety could also be leading factors to discuss with your doctor. Stressful situations could lead to your frustration as well. When I was pregnant with my second child I felt like that all the time. Everyone said I was mean but I couldn't help it. It helped when I had someone to talk to maybe you just need a friend that you can tell what's going on.
it can be nerves, depression, anxiety, feelings of being takened for granite,hysteria,delusions,see... too much of the negative side of things instead of focusing on the positive, feelings like you've missed a lot in life, and not enough distractions from yourself.
having mental issues that have not been talked about and kept hidden can cause anger as well as the medication itself making you this way =check this our with your Dr
Well if you have just started getting upset then deep down inside something is wrong. Just sit down and do some writting about whats on your mind It might help
