It depends on how long you've had this turmoil, what factors are involved eg. family truma, abuse, psychosis, depression, mania ?
Psychological problems including emotional issues can now be treated effectively thank God and brought into remission, but you most likely will have to work with a mental health practioner and depending on the severity a psychiatrist for some time. For some people this will take upwards of six months, many years (10 or more) or a life-time. I'm praying for you.
