I want to go to Dignitas(voluneraly uthanasia organisation) but doctor want sign the letter I need?

Question:

I want the psychiartist to write a letter to say that I can make the choice to end my life. He has alread said I can and he'd never have me sectioned for being suicidal as I have capacity to choose! I actually don't choose it, it chooses me.

So, as I have had six years of feeling suicial approx ever few weeks with varying degrees of intensity, I think he should put his choosing believes down in writting.

I realy want to go to Dignitas for an asssisted suicide as my life is hell. It will take just four minutes and will be done properly. It is my big fear that I will attempt suicide, which I have tried in the past, and end up a vegetable.

This should be my choice as after all, all I'm asking him to do is write down what he always tell me?

That's terrible that you want to end your life. My mother in law just died and she would love to still be here. As long as you're alive there is hope. Move to another state, dye your hair, change your name, get a tattoo, but don't kill yourself, assisted or otherwise.
