Do you ever think sleep is depressing!?
Question:
Answers:
Physically, sleep breaks down the sadness chemicals and turns them to happiness and energetic chemicals, so it can't be physically depressing.
Why would sleep be depressing? I love doing it because time goes so fast.
no
its fun
Nope. Sleep helps us replenish energy. Most of my best ideas come from my dreams.
Ummmmm.well not to be the downer guy.but over sleeping is a classic sign of depression. Chronic over sleeping can be a sign of clinical depression. Sleeping to "Make the day go by" is almost certainly a sign that something is up.
However, normal levels of sleep are actually very, very good for you! This is about 6 to 9 hours a day, depending on age, activity level, overall health, how hot the person(s) next to you is...how much extra mass the cat sleeping on your head/ chest/face has gained from the extra-dimensional Sleeping Cat mass warehouse...and other such stuff.
So gaze into my eyes...and SLEEP!
only when I dont sleep - then I think sleep is depressing but I love to sleep and love my bed and its the best way to pass time ever
no no no, my favorite time of the day (or night) is that moment right before you fall asleep. you think "i have nothing left to worry about until tomorrow" or "i have things to worry about, but im not gonna" and you just fall into your head and dream [whether you remember it or not]. your dreams are never ANYTHING like real life, and that's what i find most intriguing. i like sleeping especially if im ever depressed or angry over something or even someone. when i sleep, i dont have to face the world anymore, i quite literally hide in my head for several hours.
