Is it possible to have a phobia of having "nothing to do"?

Question:
I think that I tend to procrastinate sometimes. I feel like I always have to be doing something. Is it possible that I procrastinate so that I will have something to do later? Is there a name for a phobia of having "nothing to do"?

Answers:
I don't know if there is a name for it.but I have suffered from it. I went from having so many activities and now pretty much nothing.

It makes you feel guilty but it's pretty nice to find things you enjoy other than obligation.

Don't let other let you feel obligated to do things to be useful.

I am now useless other than laundry and to my dog's every need but getting used to it.

I have a job, but I see it as useless and am waiting to get fired.

You only live once. Make others happy and most importantly, yourself.
I don't know about a phobia, but I get anxious if I have nothing to do.
