It is 1:30am right now, what are some productive/constructive things I can do?

I can't sleep, but I want to do something productive.

Answers:
You could clean out your refrigerator, or dust, just generally tidying up, a lot of times late at night I'll clean the house if there's nothing else to do. I also like to look through a photo album and reminisce, it's good to remember those that have passed. A long walk is always nice, get a little exercise, the streets are empty at this hour, it can be very peaceful and a good time to think. There's always reading, I don't like fiction, I like text books so I can learn something new, and if you don't have a text book there are lots of things on the internet to read and learn. If you know someone else that is a night owl like yourself you might call them up, I consider all of my conversations with friends to be productive because they are like a therapy session. I used to do my grocery shopping around three am. I'm out of suggestions. I hope you figure something out. Have a good night.

Think of 3 things you can do in the next week to help a family member
I dont' have a lot of advice here, but my constructive thing is to sit on here and answer questions that people have
haha...i'm at work so i have an excuse.

but you should do something instead of asking questions on here.try some sites with better stuff...wink wink...LOL..then you'll be sleepy afterwords.
If I new that I would be doing something productive myself - wanna start a group of on the east coast and cant sleep?

write - a letter in a journal
answer yahoo questions is fun, and if you still can't sleep, read- like the Bible's old testament- Genesis 1:1- In the beginning, God created Heaven and earth. See? your sleepy already. hope you don't have to work tomorrow.
try playing basketball! its fun!
Try doing your washing or ironing, it is productive and boring so may help you become a little more sleepy. Good luck, I know how horrid it is not to sleep.
