Any one experience hypersomnia on antidepressants?

When I was first put on Remeron, the traditional doses are either 15 mg or 30 mg. The first day I was on 15 mg, I slept for 18 hours that night/next day. I was told to increase to 30 mg. On 30 mg, I slept for almost 2 days straight. My mom had to wake me up to try to make me drink and eat.
We started decreasing, and eventually, I got down to a quarter of a pill, which is only 3.75 mg. It works perfectly for me, as long as I take the Remeron at least 8 hours before I have to wake up the next morning.
Also, I am on Klonopin. I take .25 mg, 3 times a day to decrease anxiety. And an extra .25 mg if needed. If I take more than that, I'm bound to fall asleep, whatever time of day it is.
Finally, I've tried several different ssri's and one of them actually gives me energy. That one is cymbalta. I am more awake during the day, and I am still able to sleep at night.
Hope this helps.
I did when I took Elavil, so I switched to an ssri, no more hypersomnia.
Absolutely. I am on Prozac, and it MUST be taken in the morning, as it cause hypersomnia.
I take 80 mgs of Prozac, and 1 mg of Klonopin. After taking the Klonopin I can sleep, but not long and not very well.
At night, I take 1 mg of Klonopin along with 15 mgs of Remeron, as one of its side effects is somolance.
