It helps...but also bear in mind pills can only do so much, if you are able you should consider exercising your way to good health, maybee a walk around the block everyday, skipping, running up and down the stairs.
There are many "pills" that advocate well being, but dont be suckered in by just eating healthy. Anxiety can also come from when your stressed out, its an emotional block in your system...if you exercise you will help alleviate the chemical imbalance in your body, exercsing in any forms is a natural way to combat anxiety...just majke ure you sweat, and dont over train.
